I save my buyer clients a great deal of time and trouble. My schedule is flexible to accommodate my clients’ requirements. We’ll narrow down the number of homes you want to see when I send you e-mails of listings that match your requirements for your review.

If You’re Selling…
If you’re selling your home, you want a quick transaction at top market value. I’ll help you achieve that goal in a number of ways. I’ll help you stage your home to prepare it for a successful sale, and provide bi-weekly updated of the activity being generated.
Your home will get excellent exposure on the Internet, including visual tours with lots of photos or a website just for your home. Color flyers and Just Listed postcards sent to your neighbors will promote your home in your local neighborhood. And, if you want open houses for your home, you’ll get them, too.
